We ship from San Antonio, Texas, Monday–Friday.

Processing time

  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days to pack and ship.
  • Pre-order / backorder items: 2–4 weeks. You'll get an email with tracking the moment it ships.

US shipping

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days. Standard rate.
  • Free shipping on US rugs. No code needed.
  • Free shipping on US orders over $100. Auto-applied at checkout.

International shipping

  • DHL eCommerce: 7–21 business days depending on country.
  • Duties & taxes are the customer's responsibility and assessed by your local customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window

14 days from delivery. Item must be unworn, in original packaging, with original tags. Wear-tested clogs are not eligible.

How to start a return

Email clogefeller@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label (US orders) within 24 hours.

Refund timing

Once we receive the return and inspect it, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.

Lost package?

Email us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate it. If it's truly lost we'll reship at no charge.
