What's the difference between a pre-order and a regular release?
Pre-orders are made-to-order and take 2-3 weeks. Regular releases are in stock and ship same or next day.

How do I find the right size for clogs?
Go up one size from your normal fit. If you're usually a 9, order a 10.

Do all orders come with free stickers?
Yes. Every single order gets free CLOGEFELLER stickers. No exceptions.

Returns & Orders

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. Email us at clogefeller@gmail.com to start a return.
